If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from MOTOMODS.

2. Products & Vehicle Compatibility

MOTOMODS specializes in premium motorcycle equipment, custom performance parts, riding gear, and accessories.

• Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product specifications, fitment compatibility lists, and images. However, minor variations in color or finishes may occur due to manufacturer updates or display settings.
• Fitment & Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that chosen motorcycle parts (levers, exhausts, guards, sliders, visors) are compatible with their specific motorcycle make, model, and year before placing an order.
• Professional Installation: Performance parts, brake cylinders, lever guards, and electrical accessories should be installed by a certified mechanic or experienced technician. MOTOMODS is not liable for improper installation or misuse.

3. Pricing & Orders

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at any time due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Payment Methods: We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and WhatsApp direct orders. Payments must be authorized prior to shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across India through authorized logistics and courier partners.

• Dispatch & Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery timelines range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination PIN code.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or stated during WhatsApp confirmation.

5. Compatibility Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-Day Compatibility Return Guarantee for eligible unused items.

• Eligible Items: Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
• Return Process: Contact customer support via WhatsApp (+91 98914 08448) or email (support@motomods.in) within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand logo, text, graphics, icons, button designs, and software—is the property of MOTOMODS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOTOMODS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Vehicle modifications or improper installation of aftermarket parts

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
